We have a wide variety of Group Fitness programs to suit all fitness levels and needs – whether you are looking to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility or work on your cardio!
We recommend trying our classes at least 3 times before you decide whether it’s for you or not as it usually takes this long to adapt to the moves! Please bring a towel and water bottle to all classes.
Les Mills Australia Pre – Choreographed Workouts
LesMills BODYBALANCE® A mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. This class will improve your strength and flexibility. A class for everyone – it is the ultimate class for both the mind and body. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy. (55 minutes)
LesMills BODYPUMP® Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, it gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. (55 minutes)
If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a LES MILLS TONE® class and you’ll tick off a complete workout. The mix of functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. Also a great foundational class, LES MILLS TONE has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels.
LesMills GRIT Series® A Small Group Training program that provides participants with a high-intensity interval training solution that gets results. Our classes will be instructors choice and a combination of Strength, Cardio and Plyo. There’s no disputing it. It’s scientifically proven that LES MILLS GRIT works. The HIIT training effect means you burn calories for hours after the workout, increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat. (30 minutes)
LesMills RPM® A Small Group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories.With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music (45 minutes)
Tummy, Butt, Thighs– Lift your booty & shape & tone using a variety of techniques and exercises including body weight, bands and free weights.
Fitbox – Group training utilising boxing mitts & focus pads. A great cardiovascular workout based on principles of professional boxing training.
ZUMBA® Involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. Squats and lunges are also included
