Direct Debit Membership Suspension Form | Terms and Conditions || SUSPENSION || -Memberships can be suspended for a minimum of 1 month and maximum of 3 months over one calendar year. -Membership payments must be up to date with zero fees owing. -Members must give a minimum 7 days’ notice to apply a suspension, however, immediate suspension request may be authorised at the discretion of staff. -Payments will automatically restart at the end of the suspension and is not the responsibility of YFC staff to contact the member. -You may extend your membership suspension past the maximum of 3 months at the presentation of a medical certificate only and is at the discretion of the Club Manager.
