We have a wide variety of Group Fitness programs to suit all fitness levels and needs – whether you are looking to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility or work on your cardio!
We recommend trying our classes at least 3 times before you decide whether it’s for you or not as it usually takes this long to adapt to the moves! Please bring a towel and water bottle to all classes.
Our booking system is available for members wanting to join our RPM classes. We will be able to take walk-ins if there are spare bikes available.
