Group Fitness Classes

We have a wide variety of Group Fitness programs to suit all fitness levels and needs – whether you are looking to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility or work on your cardio!

We recommend trying our classes at least 3 times before you decide whether it’s for you or not as it usually takes this long to adapt to the moves. Please bring a towel and water bottle to all classes. All classes are held at the Clinton Centre and
NO BOOKINGS NECESSARY.

LesMills BODYBALANCE

LesMills BODYBALANCE™ is a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. This class will improve your strength and flexibility. A class for everyone – it is the ultimate class for both the mind and body. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.

LesMills BODYPUMP

LesMills BODYPUMP™ uses light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, it gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

LesMills BODYCOMBAT

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.

BODY BLAST

COMING 29 JANUARY 2024

BODY BLAST is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. An interval-based class combining full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Includes a mix of circuit training, step, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, plate weights, core training and stretching. 

LesMills GRIT

LesMills GRIT Series® is a small group training program providing participants with high-intensity interval training that gets results. Our classes will be instructors choice and a combination of Strength, Cardio and Plyo. The HIIT training effect means you burn calories for hours after the workout, increase aerobic fitness, unleash fast-twitch muscle fibers and grow lean muscle tissue, burning fat.

LesMills RPM

LesMills RPM® is a small group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and burns loads of calories. With great music pumping and the group riding as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In RPM you repeatedly reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness. 

ZUMBA

ZUMBA® is a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Perfect for everybody and every body! Each class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

SCULPT

Whether you’re a total beginner or regular gym goer, Sculpt is sure to leave you with amazing results. With a focus on sculpting your glutes, legs & core it also deliver you a high energy workout. Sculpt combines the perfect amount of compound and isolation exercises to burn those calories!
