TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Stall holders must only conduct business from their own stalls.
• No refunds will be given for this event.
• Stalls may be set-up from 6:00am – 8:45am on the day of the event.
• All stalls must be set-up and ready to trade at 9:00am.
• All stalls must cease trading at 2:00pm and be packed up by 3:00pm.
• Your site must be left in a clean and tidy state with no rubbish being left behind.
• Copy of your public liability policy (i.e. Certificate of Currency), covering event dates to be attached to the application form.
• Insurance for loss, damage and public liability is the responsibility of the stall holder. Yaralla Sports Club will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by stalls or contents, or for damage caused by stall holders, their equipment or vehicles, to property owned by either stall holders or contractors.
• Yaralla Sports Club reserves the right to expel any stall holder and requires such stallholder to be removed should the conduct of the stall holder be in any way detrimental to the well-being of the Event, or should the products/services be other than those stated in this agreement. In the case of such expulsion, monies paid to the Yaralla Sports Club will not be refundable.
• We will send you an application form as soon as they are prepared for next year’s event however if you change your contact details it may result in you not receiving this form.
• Email addresses are our preferred method of correspondence for sending forms.
